Our Hours are Monday – Friday 10 am to 8 pm (GMT + 2 hours ) South African time.
We do require a minimum of 24 Hours’ notice to ensure all requirements are 100 % in order for bookings made Monday to Friday. Sorry Bookings are NOT taken over Weekends.
Payment Must be made in Advance & Cleared into our bank account Prior to Finalizing the actual Booking. So please plan ahead to avoid any delays or disappointment in the Process .
Our Match Maker will follow up with any/all Comments , Questions & a Final Quote & send it to You in a Timely Fashion.
Upon Approval of the Quote Amount & Finalizing of all Details Payment can be made Thru Pay Fast – Either By Credit Card or Instant EFT Or in the Instance of CASH Payments – You can pay Personally at Heaven on Earth located in Pretoria East or we Can send a Driver to Johannesburg as required. Remember Payments must be made in Advance .
